Once the broad parameters of a project have been set, consideration has to be given to the most appropriate procurement strategy to deliver the project. It is essential that the strategy is developed at an early stage as it will effect the establishment of the project team. For example, if the contractor is to undertake both the design and construction of the project then the role of any in-house or independent professional designer will be limited. Value management and engineering
PCSPMPL operates a structured approach to value management.
